M&P staffed the booth with registered dietitians; coordinated speaking events for key nutrition staff and coordinated sponsorship of ADA practice group meetings.

The JOLLY TIME exhibit at the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) Annual Convention
Challenge: Introduce JOLLY TIME Pop Corn as a healthy snack option for people with diabetes.
Program: M&P enlisted nutrition expert Amy Hess-Fischl, M.S., R.D., C.D.E., to produce a comprehensive healthy snacking brochure for those with diabetes. The diabetes brochure was highlighted at the show along with additional collateral pieces as well as popcorn samples from JOLLY TIME’s healthy product line. Hess-Fischl was present to answer questions from diabetes educators and to help promote popcorn as a healthy snack for those with diabetes.
Results: Nearly 900 contacts were made at AADE – more than at any other health professional convention JOLLY TIME had previously attended. Each contact received a follow-up mailing and was added to the JOLLY TIME Here’s What’s Poppin’ e-newsletter list, increasing the number of subscribers by 37 percent.
